He said because there are only two people living in the household, there was no need to pay extra for a bigger water heater I originally thought I had needed. He was always very upfront and honest with me. After the phone consultation, we scheduled to meet that same day! He came prepared with the water heater and got to work. Along the line, there were some complications with the location of my previous water heater, and he had to make adjustments to accommodate where the new tankless water heater was going to be placed.
